What Causes Sciatica?

Sciatica is resulted from an irritation of the nerve roots which cause the sciatic nerve. Under normal circumstances, the symptoms are the pain, tingling, or numbness. The sciatic nerve is formed when the nerve roots coming out of the spinal cord into the lower back. The branches of the sciatic are throughout our body. It extends through the buttocks and straight forwards the back of the each leg to the ankle and foot.
What Causes Sciatica?
Sciatica is given rise to because of the provocation of the root of the lower lumber and lumboracral spine.
Other usual common causes of the sciatica are as follow:
1. Lumber spinal stenosis. It is caused because the spinal canal in the lower back becomes narrower and narrower.
2. Degenerative disc disease. It is something like the cushions are placed between the vertebrae which caused by the breakdown of the discs.
3. Spondylolisthesis. It happened when the speed of one spinal canal is quicker than another, then slip forward over another one.
There are other things may deteriorate your back pain, such as lifting overweight furniture, lacking of exercises, having high heels, or sleeping on an over soft bed cushion.
